HOSPITALITY TEAM
GOAL: Create a comfortable environment for guests by providing coffee and water while interacting with each guest that approaches the Hospitality area.
- Responsibilities: make coffee to be provided for guess. Fill up water pitchers, replenish drink items when running low, and clean up Hospitality area at the end of service.
- Time Commitment: 1x a month, 8:30-9:05AM to 10-10:15AM and 10:15-10:35AM to 11:10-11:45AM.
GREETING TEAM
GOAL: Create a comfortable environment for guests by acknowledging each guest and offering sincere greetings.
- Responsibilities: Greeting every guest that arrives. Escort guests who need instructions on locating building areas or ministries.
- Time Commitment: 1x a month, 8:30-9:05AM to 10-10:15AM and 10:15-10:35AM to 11:30-11:45AM
WELCOME CENTER
GOAL: Create a comfortable environment by providing helpful information and clear directions for our guests.
- Responsibilities: Be aware of weekly activities, website and other relevant sources. Assist new guests b answering questions or escorting guests to ministry areas.
- Time Commitment: 1x a month, 8:30-9:05AM to 10-10:15AM and 10:15-10:35AM to 11:30-11:45AM
